Problems with TSCV 0.84 Rel 2

I try to make a Menu for my VCD with TSCV 0.84 Rel 2. When I try to
copy the Chapter-Frame to M$Paint or to the Clipboard for the Menu-Picture i always get only a black Picture . I 'm working under Windows XP Pro. When I do the same under Windows 2000 there where no Problems.

Got the same problem under WIN2000 or WIN ME. Hopfully someone can give us som advice on this matter.
