DVD WHICH CAN PLAY ALL REGION AND MACRO FREE FOR UNDER £100

Can antone advise what dvd can be bought for the same sort of price as Pacific DVD. I have Pacific but it seems no crack for macrovision on latest model, all region Ok. Please also advise where the machine can be bought.

No one can legally build one. The license to build a DVD player requires that both REGIONS and MACROVISION be permanently affixed to the machine.

Any fixes to the machine are firmware hacks created by someone other than the manufacturer. Your best bet is to find a machine that has both hacks (for the firmware that you will buy) and install the hacks on your own. You won't be able to buy one.

OK - i will put another way - can anyone reccomend at dvd that you can get hacks for all region and macrovision that cost around 100 pounds.
Got Pacific but on new model no hack for macrovision rather than bye a box i would prefer machine that does all.

Thanks all - KV5 do you know if 852 is still being sold as on one thread i have read it says discontinued. The Dansai 1010 people are saying no hack for macrovision is this also correct does any body know.

Some Tescos still have 852's (the 2 in York do)

The 1010 definitely does not have the de-macrovision facility - that is becoming a big no-no for all manufacturers due to pressure from groups like FACT.

The Dansai 852 is still widely available..... you will not get it on the tesco.com web-site... it is only sold In Stores.......
