    Hi. I'm trying to use Ulead DVD Workshop to author an mpeg2 (VBR) file encoded by TMPGEnc. The thing is... in order to prevent DVD Workshop to reconcode the video, I have to set the bitrate in DWS higher than the maximum bitrate of my video file. How do I find that out?? that is... how do I tell what the maximum bit rate of my video file is? Thanks a lot!
