i have an mkv movie file. this is what mediainfo says for it:-

and this is the file properties in windows explorer:-
[Attachment 65092 - Click to enlarge]
as you can see mediainfo is mentioning video bitrate and windows explorer says that the bitrate it 0. i opened the movie in mkvtoolnix to remove tags, global tag, chapters, audio language and name, video language and name and the subtitles and i muxed the movie
this is the mediainfo of the muxed file:-
[Attachment 65093 - Click to enlarge]
and this is the file properties in windows explorer of the muxed file:-
[Attachment 65094 - Click to enlarge]
as you can see the video bitrate was not showing initially and then it showed in the muxed file
i have another movie. this is what mediainfo says:-
[Attachment 65095 - Click to enlarge]
and this is the file properties in windows explorer:-
[Attachment 65096 - Click to enlarge]
i also muxed the other movie in mkvtoolnix and i removed the same things
this is the mediainfo of the muxed file:-
[Attachment 65097 - Click to enlarge]
and this is the file properties in windows explorer of the muxed file:-
[Attachment 65098 - Click to enlarge]
in the beginning in mediainfo for the other movie the bitrate was 9883 kb/s (1013 kb/s) and then the bitrate became 1013 kb/s in the muxed movie. why is that?
what concerns me is that windows explorer is still not detecting the bitrate of the muxed file and it still says 0. should i be worried about that or i can ignore it and the movie file will play okay and i can transfer it between different hard disks and the file copy will not freeze because windows explorer cannot detect the bitrate?
