Where is VCDgear?

I don't know if this question belongs here or not, but I am going to give it a shot. I am very new to authoring and stuff, and I am trying to copy a movie by burning it from an image file. I downloaded VCDgear from this site, and now I am trying to open it up so that I can run the program. Only thing is (and it is a big thing!) I can't find it in my program files. A friend told me that it is not going to show up in my program files as the rest usually do, but that I should browse for it. Well, I have tried to do a search for it by using the words "VCDgearGUI" and I keep coming up with 0 results. I know that I downloaded it and extracted all the files and I extracted them to the documents and settings temporary internet files, but where are they. someone out there, please tell me where to look! This shouldn't be so hard, should it. this is not a very good sign of what is in the future for me in terms of authoring!
