    Is there a Video downloder /converter that allows someone to flip a complete video from begining to end before convertingand saving? Right now I using Allvasoft Video /Converter and it doesn't do this . John

    When you say "flip" and you say "from beginning to end", do you mean you want the clip to play in reverse?
    Or do you mean you want to swap left/right, and/or up/down of the frame for the entirety of the clip?

    TMPGEnc Mastering Works will flip the video left/right
