I have an investigation task related to DPP Delivery Requirements.

And I have difficulties with understanding AMWA / UK DPP -- AS-11 UK DPP HD Shim v1.1
PART 2 - Descriptive Metadata (DM) Validation Tests document.

That's describes some python script and xml files, but how is that related to video? Could someone explain me the main goal of that document. So, let's say I have a mxf file. What I need to check in the file to satisfy requirements in that document.
