  1. I've updated almost every part of my computer within the last year except my processor and motherboard. Once I find my motherboard brand, I'd like to get the fastest cpu possible and install it.

    Download a utility called "Sandra." You can find it by using any search engine.

    After you download and install, run "mainboard information."

  4. do a google search for the manufacturer and model of the board that is listed and you should find more information than you can shake a stick at in no time.

    If you can't find it on google then it's probably not worth finding....
