It probably depends on your goals and decision criteria .
Generally avoid the extremes ("draft", "ultra fast", and "placebo") .
"super fast" is when nnedi3 starts being used, so "draft" and "ultra fast" tend to have more aliasing. It makes more sense to use something else if speed was something you were wiling to trade off for quality
Try some tests, make sure you test prefetch(x) values with avsmeter to get reach ideal threading settings
