    Hello

    Im using a guide from this site (the one with vcd on on cd). And i also use the java-bitrate-calculator. Wene i select XVCD the bitrate for the movie is 983. and wene i select SVCD the bitrate is 983. So what should i use the VCD or SVCD its a cartoon.

    It doesn't matter which one you use they both will say the same know matter what you put in them for input.
