Help decrypting this MPD content (I have keys)

I managed to get the keys via WVClient3 and the keys are

I used mp4decrypt but I failed to decrypt the content. I becomes openable but it still shows just black and green.

Can anyone help me decrypt this video?

I guess so? I got them via WVClient3. Is there any other way I could get the keys? I don't have access to license url.
