Video files are corrupted

Hello guys, i am new here. I am with a problem and i need some help. My external HD crash and some of my video files are corrupted, with no clean preview and 0 bytes. I tryed some repair softwares like Wondershare, Stellar and Remo and nothing works. This programs cant save my videos. Any of you guys have any idea if its possible to recover the damage videos? Please help.

First of all: do not write to the defective HDD.
Make an image of the entire disk (e.g. with DriveSnapShot or similar).
Then work ONLY with the image. Try Recuva or Testdisk (the latter is difficult to use, get a friend to help you if it is too complicated for you).
