Source : NTSC, Hi8 XR, S-Video + Audio, P4, 512 RAM, 40GB HDD.
I am just wondering if there is any advantage in capturing @ 23.97 fps and then encode it to VCD/SVCD standard using the IVTC ? Will this improve the quality of the playback of the video ?
I intend to playback the video on the TV.
Any inputs are appreciated.
