Video cam files have ghosting like issues when blown up or scrolling

Please I am absolutely new to video and need some help asap I have a wyze cam and in this footage at my home when I scroll or blow up the image of my home video their are like ghost like images of people moving is this real people ? I need to know how to understand what I am seeing please help. Thank you for your time.

Assuming the wyze cam is one of the home security cams, for anyone to try to help - a short clip of the video or a screenshot would be helpful.
Are you using a smartphone to view these images or a computer?

What you see on TV, somebody zooming into some fuzzy video and getting a crystal clear result, is a fantasy. For the most part what you get is just a larger fuzzier result.

That camera captures video at a fairly low frame rate so something moving even a little quickly will leave a ghost like image. You're not haunted, probably.
