I have used TMPGEnc to make a Mpeg2 SVCD from an AVI file from my Digital camcorder and am Pleased with the results Except I am getting poor Horizontal clarity on moving items. It kinda blurrs the picture on moving objects. I am using the SVCD Template and using CBR and under motion search I used High Quality (Slow).Under the advanced tab I turned on the Deinterlace (none) tab. Would anyone have any suggestions as to what I should try? I am using Nero as the burning software..
Thank You!
