We were all NEWBIES once and the only stupid question is the one that's not asked?

  3. unless it's in compressed format like divx, i have no idea how u can fit most movies on 1 VCD disc, let alone on 1 SVCD disc....must be some horrible quality there (even with a billion passes, w/o the bitrate it's gonna be horrible)

  4. OK Guys try this site http://www.kvcd.net/ you can find the guides, sample of some files, the TMPGEnc Template that will allow you to pu up to at least 120 Min on one 80 Min CD, some have even put a little more. Just look for yourself, he has also posted his templates on this site under tools.

  8. Also try lookinghttp://forum.vcdhelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=84759

It starts off with DVD rip but if you print it off it also tells you how to configure tmpg templates to get 2 vcd's onto 1 .

Normally the bit rate at 900 , overburning required on some films but not all depending on file size and yes you get better results if the image you are burning is of good quality in the first place but never the less a very good way of getting 2 onto 1. check it out ...hope the url is correct hehe..
