Velbon PH-368 - paste oil

Hi I have Velbon DV7000 tripod with head Velbon PH-368. I need silicone oil to restore this head.
I bough from ebay this:

but this paste is leak out same times.

Have you any idea for my problem?

I got this for my Velbon pan head. It might be the same thing at 1,000,000 cST but it's cheaper at amazon.

Yes, some of it will ooze out. I wouldn't worry about it as long as the action is smooth. Just wipe it off.
