I am planning on buying a ImpactVCB Model 01381 pci card and like to know if I can capture video using Cyberlink Power Director 15 and how I go about doing this. Also, I like to know experiences from other users using this card. I plan to use it for capturing vhs tapes of family videos. Thanks for your time.

	Hi,

Did you buy the ImpactVCB Model 01381, and if so how did it work out? I'm planning on doing the same thing as you are with capturing family video from 8mm and vhs tapes.

Thanks and have a good one.

SHS, thanks for your reply. I ended up ordering Hauppauge Impact-VCB-E, the PCI-Express model. Hopefully it'll work as I hope with recording raw s-video from my hi-8 camera. I'll post my results for anyone else who might want to use this card when I've had the chance to try it out. Scheduled to arrive around 20th feb.
