    I mean
the video is speaking in English
importing the video to a site or a software,
and then the bot will listen to the video and type out what they say in English

of course, it will not be perfectly accurate, but that's fine, that's OK. It can be understood.

I personally don't speak or listen to English very well, but I can read well.

(My first language is not English)

Have you tried an internet search for ' speech recognition online ' or ' speech recognition software '?

Uploading it to Youtube will automatically have subtitles created which can then be downloaded from 3rd party sites. The subtitles are usually not great and often get words wrong but it's probably one of the best (it's google) and don't know of any other.

This was recently discussed here https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/389902-Voice-to-text-converter?daysprune=45, and the best answer was the same as KarMa's here, Youtube's software is probably the best at the moment.
