I have an .Avi(Divx) and will convert it to a VCD.
TMPGEnc reports a 150 min but the movie is 60 minutes long.
When i try to convert it ends up being a 150 min nonviewable VCD ?
Anyone have a suggestion ?

This can be a common problem with some divx avi files downloaded from thge internet. Load your avi file in virtual dub and under audio select full processing mode. Also check that the video is direct stream copy. Then select the output destination of that file. Remember that the file size is going to be significantly bigger now that you are uncompressing the audio to wave format. This process will only take a few minutes. Once completed load the new file in to Tmpge and that should solve your problem.
