    Hello, I'm new to video capture, just bought a new 1.6Ghz computer etc and was wondering if anyone had advice on what capture card to buy. I am looking for an inexpensive card that will allow me to tape TV shows and for now burn them on svcd and later burn them on to a dvd (once I buy a dvdr). Any ideas for a good but inexpensive card that will do this. Thanks.
