RgTools is a modern rewrite of RemoveGrain, Repair, BackwardClense, Clense, ForwardClense and VerticalCleaner all in a single plugin. The wiki says "RgTools is mostly backward compatible with the original plugins, incompatibilities mainly come from deprecated parameters in the original filters".
Does anyone use RgTools and do I still need the RemoveGrain, Repair, BackwardClense, Clense, ForwardClense and VerticalCleaner plugins?

RGTools is fairly widely used. I've been using it since it was released.
No you don't need the old dlls. From memory the functions are all included in RemoveGrain.dll, aside from VerticalCleaner.dll
If you haven't been using RGTools you might want to check the links on the QTGMC wiki. Some of the other plugins it requires are still being developed/updated.
