    sorry my English is not good but I hope you guy understand what i mean. I am looking for a video camera that I can wear on my forehead in order to record things like my work, because when I am working with two hands I don't have a free hand to hold a camera to take the video shoot. Or when I am walking or travelling around the city and I want to take a full video record of the beautiful city I just don't want to have my hand holding it all the time then I cannot fully enjoy things.

    I don't need a very professional equipment because I have limited budget and on top of that I am not very obsessed with quality. Any recommendation on the device I can buy? On US Amazon?

    Sure. GoPro & similar sports cams are designed specifically & explicitly to allow you to do just that. Head, torso, wrist, ankle, bike tubing, roof, doggy back, you name it.
