Downloading Stream Video (VICELAND)

I been trying my best to figure this one out but haven't had any luck. I know it might be more difficult than the usual process but I am so ready to learn.

Many videos on the Viceland website require cable login, however some videos (as shown by the unlock symbol) can be watched without any login. The video url that you gave:

seems to play without login is called,
The Therapist, Chief Keef, S1, EP11
I was able to download it with Tubedigger ($15), using Monitor Browsers setting, using Windows 7, Internet Explorer 11 32 bit ONLY. No other browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, other versions of IE) would download for me.
