I have a few video files that are to large and i wan't to make them smaller without affecting the quality, I have tried Handbrake and AVIdemux but they take 4+ hours for one video. I have also tried VIDcoder and that makes the video pixalated, is there any other programs i can use that are quicker then Handbrake and avidemux, thank you

It is not possible to reduce the size of your files using a lossy codec without affecting the quality.

None of the programs you mention are slow. There aren't any magic speedy encoders. Vidcoder actually IS handbrake with a different GUI, and if it gave you poorer results that was likely the default settings.

Many so-called quick, easy encoders (even paid ones) give the illusion of speed by just using the fastest settings as the defaults. But if you do that you get really bad video quality.

REally, the only way to speed up video encoding that works is to get faster hardware.
