I have a series of a cartoon files that came from a dvd from a show back in the 80's . I would like to seperate all the cartoon from a larger file by the time in minutes they are, by beginning and ending of each cartoon. Is there a video editor or trimmer that allows one to put in different times and cut the pieces in one step? thank you in advance!
