Being new to game of trying something NEW, I'd like to try and explain my problem:
I use MM (movie Maker) for video presentation-very familiar with this pgm.
I have attached a jPeg with 4 images on it.
The first 3 with images are saved in PP (Power Point). A colored image behind an outlined USA Image (See attch.)
What I am trying to create a short video 5-7 sec. that is a moving scene behind the Black USA template.
This saved moving scene behind template would be add in a time line with the same template and NO moving scene faded into and out from a saved video scene.
So what I am looking for on a time line, is photos with outline that fades into the scene of the video clip that was saved into a moving timeline. Each PP slide and the video save section would be transitioning onto and after each slide that would be projected.
I do have some clips saved of moving images but don't move (video effect) what I would like to create scenes behind the USA template are like
eg: horses trotting, waterfalls, air plane passing, birds flying pass, volcanoes erupting, etc.
moving scenes, NOT people moving around ONLY SCENES with movement in them.

These then would be put the two types of saved clips into Movie Maker (MM) and a transition would between all of them,
still to fade over still, still to vade over one that has a scene built into its frame, etc.
I could send you a partial strip of the video for you to see / sample of what I've done in the past with still scenes only
My video creation has won great reviews at at the United Airline Conventions in Arizona and Florida and Chicago.

Just to let you know I have not dabbled into Photoshop yet.
But was wondering if there were another easy application to achieve this problem in an easier way.

I would appreciate any help you can offer. I hope I've explained enough for you to figure this out.

If you wanted to, I would appreciate a call rather than going through this typing for an answer.
My number is: 630-830-1279 Chicago time. Evenings would be the better 8 to midnight is fine,
    Not knowing you time zone

Anxiously looking forward to hearing from you.

This will be a presentation of GOD BLESS AMERICA depicting colorful scenes here in the USA
and Celine Dion sings in the background. I have crated 1 video, but now would like to create
a better one with some frames in the video with moving scenes behind the black USA cutout #5
I would be using this video then at our Military gathering here in Illinois.
New one I am thinking of instead of the colorful scenes, it would be of military life.

I hope this is not too confusing. Keep well.

    And thanks,

    Rick Surma

I've never used Windows Movie Maker, so I have no idea what it can do. What you are trying to do is a simple track mask. lot's of video editors can handle that, a good free one is Aviutl. No need for PhotoShop, you can create this simple mask in Paint.NET or Gimp and both are free. In fact, your existing B/W USA mask will work just fine.
Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........
