Short Videos into a DVD - How to Create it?

Hi. I have several short videos (5 minutes each), totaling about 15 of them.

I would like to mount a dvd with these videos with menus to access each one.

My goal is to create a DVD with all those videos to see in my dvd standalone player. And create a kind of Menu to access each one of these short videos.

Could you tell me which programs can do this for me, please?

Can ConvertXtoDVD to perform such tasks, maybe? The format of my short videos is MP4.
