  1. I usually work with 23.97 fps videos and I have no problems with audio.
    I then found a 29.97 fps .ts.
Using DgIndex (Honor pulldown) I opened the video with Virtualdub. Video is fine, but the audio is not synched.
There is a 6-7 seconds delay even if the track says something like "PID DELAY -340ms.aac".
How could the problem be solved?

  2. First, DGIndex has nothing to do with your delay. It didn't cause it and it can't fix it.

Can't you fix it yourself? Find out the amount of the delay and account for it?

Why are you showing a VDub picture? If you used 'Honor Pulldown Flags' then you already know it's 29.97fps.

  3. I would first try remuxing the TS contents to an MPG container. Then build and index with DgIndex.

I think I could try but since there are other similar videos, I asked for help so maybe the cause could be found. And so the "general" fixing to apply to the next videos.

I never tried with .ts. What program should I use?

There are commercial programs like VideoRedo. But I'd try AviDemux first.

  6. You shouldn't need to remux the TS. If you'd like to post a link to a TS sample I can look into it for you. You can cut the TS with DGSplit. BTW, I am the developer of DGIndex.

  7. Apparently the OP has lost interest in this.
