can anyone walk me through changing dat files to mpeg files. i have a cd which i want to change to vcd. i have saved to my harddrive then renamed as a mpeg. am i right so far?. do i then use tmpg to change to vcd ?, or does anyone know an easier way, as in idiot proof. working with computers is pretty new to me so the more detail you can give me the better.
i have had a couple of streaming video errors while trying.
if anyone has any step by step intructions, i would appreciate a copy.
