Unable to play encrypted videos with file format .plc

videos ending with file extension .plc are not playing

please help me I beg you

after you download these files and extract. you will notice that these videos are ending with .plc and are not playing anywhere. even they are not playing in VLC media player.

please spare some time and look into this.

.plc files are usually Lotus database files. Why do you think they are video?

the plc extension (multiples) is given to files encrypted by ransom ware ... there's nothing that can be done in recovering them
