I have been using this program (0.224) for a while to convert mkv files to mp4 and it has generally worked well. However the mp4 file will often have the audio out of sync by about 2.4 seconds. I can correct this by adding "2400" in the "Delay" setting. However lately I have had several mkv files that result in MP4Box crashing at 99%. The error in the log is "Mp4Box terminated with error: 3221226356"

I pretty much have the default settings for MkvToMp4. The only thing I think I have changed is the output format (changed from m4v to mp4). This is the log output:

Is there anything obvious here? Thanks.

The mp4box version included with 0.224 MkvToMp4 is 0.5.1-DEV-rev4765. I updated the files to the current version of mp4box which is 0.6.1-rev0=g72d766c-master and I still had the same error. When I used the command line with either of these, mp4box crashes at 99% when importing the video file, so the AAC file isn't hte problem.

I had an old program called YAMB that also uses MP4Box and the version was 0.4.6-DEV (build 1). I took the .264 and .AAC files created in the TEMP directory by MkvToMp4 and used the command line for the older MP4Box and it works and creates and mp4 file. It does generate several:

"WARNING: NAL Unit type 13 not handled - adding"

The video plays fine with no audio sync issues, but playback is very choppy.
