  1. Greetings,

When I burn CD/DVDs with image data, I want them to be burnt with a thumbnail viewing by default, so that every time I navigate on their directories after the CD/DVD is burnt, the presentation of the respective files is always visual. Another step would be to successfully configurer the size of that thumbnails. A good example would be folders with magazines and a image file (folder.jpg) of a cover presenting each magazine.

But even if I configure the folders of the data to be seen as thumbnails (in Windows 7 - image folders) before and after the media is burnt, copying also the hidden system files attributing that information to the folders, the result is always the same and the opposite to my goal: the file view always surpasses the thumbnail view every time I navigate on the directory of the burnt media.

    Thanks

  4. Greetings,

the question is: I want to burn whatever media with a thumbnail viewing as predefinition - without having to be constantly changing the type of view to thumbnails in the windows explorer every time I navigate on the directories. I prefer to have a visual notion of a directory instead of a traditional folder view.

After I burn any media (CD / DVD) with specific data (images, or images as "folders.jpg" for thumbnail view) and when I define the viewing for the main directive of the burnt media as thumbnails (and its sub-folders), this takes no effect after I navigate inside its directories. So, every time I change directory I have to repeat the process of configuring the type of view of folders to thumbnails.

I don't know if this is normal or simply that when you burn media, this stops to become possible, to view folders as thumbnails.

    Example:

    folder for posters:
folder.jpg (image of icon of posters)

    folder for quads:
folder.jpg (image of icon of quads)

You cn create an ICO (Icon) file and then change a folders thumbnail view to that icon by selecting properties and then change icon:
