whats the deal with mpeg 2. why does it not want to stay in syn ? I encoded Angel Heart yesterday and it played fine with Elecard now today its out of syn...........why is that? anyone know? Also is it true that using elecard encoder causes green blocks? where can i get a GOOD mpeg 2 encoder?
