I am currently editing with Adobe Premiere Pro and I'm trying to upload files I have on a hard drive that were recorded onto a SxS card.
After uploading the files to Premiere I realized I had no audio with these files.
What is the proper way to upload SxS cards so I have my video as well as my audio all synced-up to Adobe Premiere Pro?
And, discuss......

Proper way is to transfer the entire contents, including folder structure to the HDD. It contains metadata necessary for filespanning, timing, etc...
In Premiere, you open the root folder in the media browser
