Ripping a DVD-RW disc to computer

I've found some old game footage on a DVD+RW disc and copied it to my computer by dragging the "VIDEO_RM" and "VIDEO_TS" files to a folder, so i can erase the footage on the disc to use again. Can i burn these files to another disc at a later date, as the video files are all separated in 0.99GB files, so would be better to recompose everything as it was before to another disc?

yes you can
I think that i would use ImageBurn and use it to create an ISO disc image of the RW disc,
just save that ISO image to your PC HHD drive
and you can USE imageburn to then BURN new a DVD
