    I got a Quicktime clip in 480x260 @ 24fps.
    Could anyone tell me how I can convert it into VCD in PAL system (352x288 @ 25fps).

    For a start its gonna be .MOV format.
    Check one of the guys on that nice green tab to your left here.
    If I were you, encode into NTSC Film (24fps ish) and make sure
    3:2 pulldown during playback is on for SVCD.
    You shouldn't have to do this for normal VCD.

    I recommend getting EO Video to convert mov to mpg/avi.
