  1. Hi everyone!

Few days ago I just made a subtitle for a music video, and made hardsub by VirtualDub 1.9.11. But when I finished encoding, the (turquoise, not white) sub line on video is FASTER than the actual timing (my timing when making this sub on Aegisub was totally in time).

This is the first time it happens. I have made some videos with hardsub before, but they were all fine. Before this, I didn't change anything as I can remember :( ...

I've tried to re-install, even tried the 1.10.04 ver, but still...

Can you please tell me how to fix the unsynced sub error after encoding of the turquoise line?? (The white line was added before, and it's in the original input video).
I've searched almost everywhere I can for a solution but no answer :(( ... I really need this, thanks all of you in advance :(( ~~

Is it correct timing if you play the video and subtitle with vlc media player?

Double check the timing with another subtitle software like subtitle edit also.

  3. Thanks for your reply. I've tried to open my video in both Window Media Player and Media Player Classic, and the problem is still there . But it only happens to the final video encoded with hardsub. If I open my video with its softsub in Aegisub or video player (as softsub) it still works fine.

Here is my video. Sorry I forgot to attach it at first.

  4. I have also tried a few methods that I can find, like adjusting a few options. But i didn't help, and also, even when some other people have the same problem with me, there isn't any answer.

    So, anyone, please help?

  5. The blue subs aren't faster, they're earlier. So just delay them by about 130 ms.
