eac HD audio FPS change

Got 2 blu rays

One from US 23.976 FPS but dubbed chinese audio 34GB
One from HK 24.000 FS original cantonese audio 20GB


track is DTS MAster HD 5.1
So is there way to change FPS 24.000 to 23.976 without reencoding? or eac will force reencoding?

Easiest way is to change speed of video (for example using mkvtoolnix). That way there is no re-encoding and no quality loss.
But if you do want to change audio speed you can minimize loss by encoding to e.g. FLAC (there is no free DTS-HD Master encoding software).

Thing is i wont be making that movie into MKV only BD50=>25

what bout audio cutter then if we have only audio file like *.ac3 or dts how to cut X seconds @ beggining when X = 5 , 10, 30 like this.

I am using avidemux to audio extractor often.

impossible to FPS change from commands using Eac Dolby True HD its not even starting its rejecting.

Wonder how ppl are downconverting Dolby to Ac3 besides Tsmuxer.
