  1. Hello. I am sorry if you find this question too nooby or repeating. Please hesitate to send me in correct direction).
    I have a thief problem...one stole bike + 1 unsuccessful attempt.
    Fortunately, I have got video this time, however it is low res((((
    I cant get clear view of thief's face.
    Luckily, there is plenty of information as there is quite a lot of his face on the video.
    I dont know how can I get his face out of this data.
    Please see video files attached.

    In the meantime, to make the most of what you have now, extract the best stills you have with VLC "snapshot." Then, crop the stills using your favorite image editor (Paint or Microsoft Office Picture Manager are some simple ones you probably already have). Unlike what you might have been led to believe by watching CSI, you aren't going to "enhance the image by pixel extrapolation algorithms" or some such nonsense. You can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear, but at least you'll have some separate still picture files at your source footage resolution you can use of the bastard's face.
