  1. Why TMPGEnc say the file size is xx/195673 but the real size is xx/748941?

    I dont know exactly in your case.
    But for example, when you have a 90 min movie with 23,976 fps and you convert it for example to PAL 25 fps, then TMPGEnc will display xx/135000 but the movie has xx/129470.
    I think thats the fact. Look what fps your source has, and what fps you encode.
