I'm doing a capture of a film 3hr 10 min. Decides to put on 2 disks, as the bit rate will be below 3000/kbps for 1 disk, even @ 352x480 thats a stretch.
To my question, is it better to encode in 2 parts or encode 1 big file and have maybe ifoedit split it for me ???
Thanks for any input and feedback!!

Encode to good quality, make a DVD on HD and then shrink it to a single disc size with... Shrink for example (DVD2One or Clone DVD). Check if acceptable. If not ->

use 2 discs and split your MPEG. DVDFab does 2 discs splits....
