I've been using Avisynth in Windows XP for about 10 years now. I finally installed in on my new Windows 7 system, and it's not working. I keep getting "Script Error: there is not function named" on everything. (repair, unsharpmask, others)

    2.6.0 official is installed.
The avisynth.dll is in the SysWOW64 folder.

After install, I copied the old plugins folder from the XP system to the 7 system, not overwriting the 3 plugins already installed.

I'm probably missing something easy. But I have no idea what it is.

Is your new AviSynth perhaps the 64-bit version but the plugins are 32-bit?

EDIT: Oh sorry, 2.6.0, there isn't a 64-bit-version of that, is there? Must be something else.

    Thanks. That did it.

I figured I was missing some DLLs, but no longer sure which ones.
msvcr71.dll, msvcp71.dll and fftw3.dll needed to go in the syswow64 folder.

Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to encoding I go...
