    Hi there,

I have a strange issue with some Blu-Ray movies on my PC I hope someone could throw some light on it as I'm completely confused

I noticed this issue when I ripped a blu-Ray movie for my media center. The movie would suddenly jump to another scene for about three seconds and then back to the original scene where it left off. This happens at the same places every time I play the movie on my PC. Firstly, I thought that it was just the disc but then it happened on another disc at a completely different time code.

Now I find there are increasingly more a more blu-Ray discs. I have tried downloading more and more CODECs and different software players. I have tried the following operating systems; Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and now Windows 10 and a completely different blu-Ray re writer.

However, here is the killer point. The blu-Ray's play perfectly on a standalone blu-ray players.

Any help would be most welcome, as I,m out of ideas.

I use Leawoo and acrok to rip blu-Rays and tried power DVD, VLC, Leawoo blu-Ray player and a host of other players (free). I have also tried it on my work laptop also running Windows 10 and the problem also happened on this at the exact time. I am now thinking of buying my movies online and find a good decoder for flixster etc.. Do you know any that you would be happy the recommend?
