    I have a presenter who wants to start providing educational paid webinars/clinics. What's the most cost efficient service to accomplish this task? More info: Presenter would be on webcam to all of the attendees, # of attendees probably not more than 75-100. I know there are tons of service providers and then I came across this server thing, which I don't really understand http://www.rhubcom.com/v5/index.html
