This is a program I have been using for some time on several Win 7 installations, until refining the adjustments on it.

But some recent fresh installations on my desktop, both Win 7 ones, and also on my laptop which has Win 8.1, I'm getting the same error: Error on srt file, line XXX.

Before writing to you I decided to try another HDD also with Win 7. I updated all the drivers, even if keeping the original Win 7 installation.

On this setup it worked perfectly.

So I wonder where to look for the cause of these errors, because it's not on the subtitle. I tried with other subs and with the same error message.

Where should I look for or change for reasons for this?
