Query VCD Maker Manual?

Could some one please tell me where I can find the Manual to Query VCD Maker Personal. Or, at the very least tell me tell step by step how to create a vcd with this program.

First thng first, what is your system spec's? what kind of video source you're using? if you can let me know these info, may be I can help you out with the step by step of encoding MPEG1(VCD). Actually, throughout this forum section, there are lots of good advise about making VCD with Mac, did you read them yet?

I don't need help making .mpeg. Thanks though.
I need know how to create the VCD in "Query VCD Maker Personal". Besides draging the .mpeg in to the new window I have know idea how to finish the disk to create a disk image so I can burn. I just need a some one to guide me though the program to make a finished VCD.
(I want to know how to use "Query VCD Maker Personal." I know more then I need to know make vcds in toast.)
