Which software is best for color adjusting of capturing video?

Hi!

I have problem with one CGA2VGA converter - problem is only in colors, saturation and brightnes and all color values.
I own AG Neovo X-22 LCD which allows me these changes:

brightness, contrast, backlight settings:


colour settings:


image settings:


and this makes from this output (default)


this result:


So, you can see the BIG difference.
Exist any software which allows so big color changes incl. capturing video, images and sound?
I know AmaRecTV - always crashes with my PEXHDCAP...

Please give me any advice.

I don't do video capturing, but I would imagine ffmpeg should be able to do that, read the docs. I can't help you though.......

Maybe Virtualdub with some filters applied like Gradation Curves?

In case of VirtualDub I found not yet so precise color manipulating
