  1. I downloaded The Others.avi and want to encode into mpeg-2. It's just that there is .ogg sound and CCE don't accept ogg. I have no experience with ogg, so do anyone know how to encode a movie with .ogg sound ??

  2. R,
Do your video encoding in cce. Do the audio separately.
Even though the ogg vorbis audio is in the avi, you may be able to save the wav from the ogg vorbis encoded avi in virtualdub. And then encode to mp2 for your svcd. Or you could use a tool like BeSweet or so, that can decode say, ac3 to wav/mp2/mp3 etc to do your audio.

  3. i dont think v-dub will let you open a movie with ogg. im not sure if cce accepts mp2 or mpg for audio source but if it does ues tmpge and make a mpg or mp2 file of the sound and use that.
