    Hi everyone
    I've been trying to convert avi files to mpeg using virtual dub 2 extract the audio first then TMPEG to cut the movies in 2
    But I've been loosing quality each time . The curves kind of loose their softness and I get squarry ugly pictures. I thought it had to do with converting from 1:1 VGA to 3/4 but when I kept the aspect ratio at 1:1 It didn't solve the problem
    Anyone knows what's triggering this ?? or if there is a way to bypass it somehow ??
